Our supplier has contacted us today and assured us that it is their policy to sell nothing but genuine goods. They have also conducted investigations into their stock. They have discovered no suspicious areas or obvious defects on the figurines. The photograph they sent us is of the label. Beneath the golden sticker are the kanjis Shoushi - the proof of authenticity. The backside of the sticker is printed with Toei's logo.

Some of you may notice that the One Piece Portgas.D.Ace (Banpresto) version is currently offline. We have received a complaint this morning that points out the differences between two Ace figures, one of them was won from an amusement center in Japan and the other bought from Play-Asia.com.
We are currently conducting investigations with the supplier and awaiting their response. We are also fully aware of how such news can affect potential and existing customer's confidence in our store and our reputation. We hope the matter can be solved as soon as possible and that we will provide everyone with a satisfactory outcome.
